To make a team or club yearbook without chasing photos, send one link and let each member add their own photo, name and quote from their phone. With Yrbk the coach or organizer starts the book in ChatGPT, approves each person who joins, runs a superlatives vote and reveals the winners at the end of the season.

Steps
- Start the book. In ChatGPT: “Make a yearbook for the River Otters U14 2026 season.”
- Share the link. Members open yrbk.ambientapp.ai from the link, with no account, and add a photo and a quote. Teens should check with a parent or guardian first.
- Approve and tidy. Approve each member in the card, hide or remove anyone who shouldn't be there, and choose an era look for the photos.
- Vote. Kind superlatives like Best team player or Most team spirit. Members vote from their own pages.
- Close voting. At the end of the season, close voting to reveal the winners.
