For members

Joining: open the link the organizer sent, add your name, a photo and a quote, and confirm you're 13 or older. No account. You'll land on your personal page: bookmark it.
Waiting for approval: the organizer approves each person. Until then, only the organizer sees your entry.
Changing your entry: on your personal page, open Change my entry.
Voting: one vote per superlative, for anyone but yourself. Change your votes until voting closes. Nobody sees who voted for whom.
Leaving: on your personal page, Remove me from this yearbook deletes your entry, photos and votes at once.
Lost your link: ask the organizer: the card in ChatGPT can make you a new one (the old one stops working).
A retro portrait: ask ChatGPT for a yearbook portrait of your selfie, save it, and upload it as your photo.

For organizers

Start: in ChatGPT, say "Let's make a yearbook for our class reunion" (or team, club, group).
Invite: "Give me the join link for our yearbook". Send it to your group.
Approve: open the yearbook in the card and approve, hide or remove people.
Portraits: share a photo and ask for a 1990s yearbook portrait; ChatGPT makes it and Yrbk adds it under the name you give. If the person already has a portrait, the new one is saved as an option you can pick in the card.
Superlatives: "Add the superlatives Best laugh and Most likely to start a band". They must be positive and never about looks.
Close voting: "Close voting on our yearbook". This reveals the winners and makes the book final; it can't be undone.
Delete: "Delete our yearbook" removes everything at once.

Printed copies

When printing is open, each member can order a hardcover copy from their personal page, and the organizer from ChatGPT. You see the price and delivery estimate on the checkout page; your order page shows the status and tracking. To cancel within 2 hours of paying, or for a damaged copy, email us with your order number.
